So, the bunting I was making to decorate my stall at the Fairy Fair never got finished. Not a complete surprise, I will always over-estimate the amount I can achieve in a short space of time and I don't think this is ever likely to change. Happily however, it was not needed...
... in fact it may well have been a bit too much with extra bunting!
The Fairy Fair was lovely. We were in a shady spot next to Brenda the troll, the girls had a fabulous time (they have only just stopped reciting one-liners from the Pirate Pantomine!), and I had lots of fun chatting to people about crochet. So much so in fact that I am rather ashamed to say I took hardly any photos... only a few of my stall.
As usual, most of my worries were unfounded and I really hope we get invited back next year.
Post Fairy Fair, I've been trying to refocus. I still have lots of projects to finish off, looses ends to weave in...
...and my plan over the next few weeks is to do just that. I realise that a lot of my posts contain half finished, nearly finished and sometimes just started, projects. It's time for a few finished ones I think.
So I'm pleased to say that this blanket is nearly done...
Most of these ends were dealt with last night. Only a few more to do and a rummage around in my drawers and boxes of yarn to find the right one for the edging. Another finished blanket coming very soon....
xx
Your stall looks gorgeous - love the variety of crochet ears, hope they sold well:)
